ProVerge has redefined the recruitment through its referral club. We work for requirements across the country. We have our referral club members helping us in the process of placing the candidates with our clients.
 Even though you are going to help a friend of yours to get a hike and new job, what is the benefit you get? if you were not paid for it, just refer to us and get paid.
We pay our Referral club members,

• 30% the his reference’s billing as search fee.
• 2% for Active Members on overall billing through them for an year, if they have helped us and their friends in placing more than 6 candidates.
• 3% for Pro-Active Members on overall billing through them for an year, if they have helped us and their friends in placing more than 15 candidates.

All you have to do is,

• Send your request with the interest of joining the club.
• You will have to signup a dedicated gmail account, through which we will be communicating further.
• We will be sending you a sample spreadsheet which will be shared between you and Proverge on which you will have to create one spreadsheet and enable it to be shared between you and us. You will have to fill your friends name, email id, mobile numbers, position applied for, location,  and the client’s name if you have got it from us.
• Send resumes to referralclub@proverge.com, and always have the same id

What more we have for you?
Its just not one time we pay you, once you have referred your friend and if he stays with our client for 1 year or more and comes back to us for job change, and if we place them with any of our other clients, you get paid 10% of his billing to our client. You will be getting paid 10% for his next shift also.
What more you have to do?
As a part of our club membership, we would require you to follow up with your friends in taking up all what is required for and interview and see that he takes up the interview and joins once he is offered.
When will you be paid?
We will be paying you after your friend completes the said term with our clients, in many cases its 90 days and rare cases 180 days.
You also have option of getting paid in 45 days if you depositing Sum of Rs.20,000 as security, which will be refunded after 1 year or successfully placing 20 candidates.
